As homeowners who are savvy and have foresight, we look forward to investing in the home we live in. After all, home is the basic foundation of our family, our life and our wellbeing. A home is a sanctuary we can always go to when everything around us turns into chaos and is unpredictable.
We want to stretch our dollars. We are looking for a bargain to achieve what we need and desire.
How do we know the difference? A bargain or a lemon?
If we look at the realistic market price of what we want and desire, we can easily tell the difference between a bargain and a lemon.
A bargain is a realistic price delivered with great value, over and above the price we pay.
A lemon is an unrealistic price that looks like a bargain, but is delivered at a lower value than the price we pay for.
The next time you look for a bargain, make sure you are not getting a lemon!
