Placing an Order

Once you have ordered your book and make payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox, saying that we have received your order and it is now being processed. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, reach out to us via email at info@studiom514.com.au.

Processing Time

Our processing time is 2 business days; the time we pack your book and ship/mail it to you.

Delivery Expectation

  • eBook and audio book are delivered instantly on your inbox.
  • Paperback book will be processed and mailed to you within 2 business days.

We use Australia post to mail your book order. Delivery time is to follow Australia Post regular mail delivery within Australia.


We are currently not able to take order and deliver to overseas address outside Australia. You can purchase our book on Amazon in your country, Barnes and Nobles in United States and Canada and other book stores that partner with IngramSpark.

You are able to purchase the audio and digital book download on this website in the near future. Look out for it soon!

Changing or Cancelling Orders

In the first instance, if you have an issue with your order please email us as soon as possible.

Changes to orders, including cancelling because of an error or for a change of mind, are possible only before we process and send out your order. Reach out to us as soon as possible to check your order status.

Note that cancellations, change of mind and refunds are not possible for:

  • eBook
  • Audio Book


This policy includes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

If there is a problem with any of the items received for your order then please contact us as soon as possible.


If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty we require notification within 5 business day from the time you received your item. We will require evidence of the issue by emailing us the picture of the damaged item. Before returning the item you must email us first to organise a Return Authorisation from us. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.

We are not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind. If we do accept a change of mind return then you must pay return postage and will only be entitled to a refund excluding the cost of shipping for the approved returned item.

All returns must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.

Returned items must be received in new and re-saleable condition (except where a damaged item has been accepted for return).

Where an item is returned without a Return Authorisation, or has not been packed securely, or is not in a new or re-saleable condition when we received it, we are not obligated to provide a refund and the item may be returned to you. We will contact you to advise of the return status.

Refunds for an approved return will only apply to the item returned and will not cover any return postage costs or your original shipping charge.

Change of mind returns and refunds are not possible for the following product types:
